For our May meeting we're going to talk about wild foods with our current foray chair Matt Cohen.  As many already know, Matt's been a nature studies educator for many years, and he has a keen interest in wild edibles.  It's a great skill set to have for all those times when we're NOT finding any morels.

Coupled with this talk, Matt will also lead a wild edible walk later in the week where you'll be able to put some of that newly found foraging knowledge to practice.  Also, don't forget we have a wild food tasting in just a few more days.

In May, our proverbial plate is overflowing with wild edibles.
