Richard Jacob of the Western PA club, who some of you will remember as our guest mycologist from Sequanota '18, will be speaking to us about the other type of medicinal mushroom, the psychedelics.

In recent years, psilocybin has gained a lot of momentum amongst the medical community as an effective tool in the fight against all too common problems; addiction, depression, anxiety and end-of-life palliative care.  If you'd like to learn more about this exciting research, much of it being conducted at Johns Hopkins University, please come out and join us.
