One of the world’s most popular nature apps, iNaturalist helps you identify the plants, animals, and fungi around you. By recording and sharing your observations, you also create research quality data for scientists working to better understand and protect nature.
In this special meeting, Carrie Seltzer will give a training on how to use the iNaturalist app to record and identify things you see in the field. Elizabeth Hargrave will supplement with some tips on how to take mushroom pictures that make better iNaturalist observations.
This training is in preparation for MAW's participation in the City Nature Challenge April 30 - May 3.
