Our guest Speaker this month will be Dr. Ben Busby, Genomics Outreach Coordinator - NIH.

Dr. Busby is the Genomic Outreach Coordinator at NIH, responsible for genomics education, product management and normalization across large datasets.  He frequently gives talks at academic institutions and arranges online educational experiences and in-person hackathons, collects use cases and develops personas for users of the 'National Center for Biotechnology Information' (NCBI) genomics resources. Dr. Busby manages user centered software design, and develops tools for normalization of RNA sequencing and other genomic data types.
