This registration page is for MAWDC Meetup members who are not MAW members. 

John Harper will lead the foray near Rockville on Sunday morning, July 9. The foray will start at 10:00 AM.

Detailed directions and map link will be sent by email to immediately after registration and online payment of the $5 nonmember participation fee.  

Ride Sharing - if you need a ride or can provide a ride a link for ride sharing will be provided with location instructions. 

LOCAL FORAYS?? 

Members often ask for more forays in their neck of the woods.  To help us do that, MAW needs help in finding new areas near our members to have forays.  Email forays@mawdc.org with a suggestion of an area that you are familiar with (private property you have access to, or public areas where mushroom walks would be permitted).  We will try to arrange for an identifier to co-lead a foray with you there. 

Also, let us know what you are seeing when you go out for a walk - its good to know when the first wave of chanterelles are popping, or boletes, or otherwise so we can schedule a foray.  Cheers, and looking forward to those emails!
