Come to Mount Rainier Nature Center (MRNC) on Saturday September 20 at 10am and ride our bus to the Merkle Wildlife Sanctuary were mycologist Serenella Linares will guide you to learn about the fascinating world of fungi and the ecosystems they live in. 

Pack your lunch, reusable water bottle, and snacks to enjoy a leisurely stroll in the morning, lunch on site, and more exploration in the afternoon. Dress for the weather and don’t forget your bug spray and sunscreen!
