It's time for MAW's annual Mushroom Fair!  It will be held at Brookside Gardens on Sunday, Oct 11th so we need to load the ID tables with bunches of mushrooms!  

Meet Allen at the Burnt Mills East Special Park parking area and we will walk for approximately 90 minutes.

Location note: Be sure to park in the lot on the East side of Colesville Road, the same side as Trader Joe's. We will walk along the Copperhead Run trail which has a few hilly sections and then down to the Northwest Branch trail.

If you have small wax or paper bags, you can collect your mushrooms in these to keep them in better shape.  Wax paper twisted at the ends works well also.  If you have a small compartmentalized box those work well for smaller specimens or even an old egg carton. Please only take samples for display on the tables at the Fair.
